High temperature ceramic powders, as the main raw materials for high temperature structural materials, are widely used in the fields such as aerospace, atomic energy, and new metallurgical technology. Group of Functional Powder Materials improved the self-propagating synthesis technology based on the plasma platform, and high temperature ceramic powders such as ZrC, ZrB2, and SiC can be produced in large quantities.
